It isn't often that I'm taken so far out of my comfort zone, but the opportunity to do more Halo fan art is always worthwhile. I may not mention it often, but I am a huge fan of the Halo universe. I only hope that this picture does my excitement for the upcoming fourth installment in Master Chief's legacy justice. X'3

Even though I'm apparently awful at modeling Forerunner architecture... *sob*

Hope you like it, ~9rabbitego! <3

UPDATE: Realized I uploaded the wrong file, where some effects on the Chief were missing. But I fixed it. X'D

You are a very talented artist and I also have a love for Halo. Your architecture for the forerunner structures are very unique and Master Chief really made the picture come alive. Your colors make it stand out and so do your details. great work.I think you should make an image of a forerunner who is trying to kill master chief.
Keep doing your best and I hope you do good with publicity and reviews and I hope you can consider the idea with the forerunner and master chief. Great work. Amazing detail. And yet again, amazing job. Thank you.

Great drawing!

I've always liked how "alive" and open the Halo universe feels, like a real place. (kinda hard to explain what I mean :P) This picture has that feel.

I love the life in the background, the sentinels zooming through the skies, performing their menial services or security. That's just a brilliant touch, making the entire piece feel alive and vibrant. Your architecture is inspired, the towers are clearly Forerunner, but they also are original and captivating, it seems like you strove to design something new and achieved it in spades. Finally, your precision and attention to detail on Chief's new armor is painfully breathtaking, right down to the braille on his chest plating.

The coloring is some of the best work I've seen, it's not claustrophobic. Rather, the colors are so well balanced that it looks real and authentic.

Just a question: why'd you use the old Warthog design?
EvayoART Featured By Owner Dec 23, 2012   General Artist
I'd done this picture before there were any decent references of the new design, so I compromised and used the old one.

Well, I sorta like the old one. And I see you used Super Sentinels. Good touch.
