Why, it's the Tenth Doctor, of course!
So yeah, this is quite a change-up, isn't it? I decided to try my hand at drawing David Tennant as the ever-popular Tenth Doctor, partly in an attempt to polish my human-drawing skills (even though he's
technically a Time Lord, but whatever XD), but mostly because I just freaking LOVE Doctor Who and I haven't drawn a single thing to show it. So here he is, The Doctor in all his Gallifrey-born glory, quirking up a storm all up in my DA.
Much to my own surprise, I needed very little reference on drawing David himself. It was mostly his attire that required me to log back and forth between tabs to make sure I was doing it correctly. I'm still not entirely confident I got it right, nor am I entirely sure I'm satisfied with the way this piece came out... but it's good enough to convince me that I should keep at it, and eventually I'm sure I'll get there. X)
Also, I've decided to try out a new signature. I took it upon myself to replace the old one on a few of my recent deviations, as well. I might be making a journal about it to avoid potential confusion.
Enjoy, you guys! Comments are greatly appreciated! <3

David Tennant is my favorite Doctor and, although I am a fairly recently discovered Dr Who fan, this is mainly because of his childish and easily distracted attitude, which you seem to have captured quite well in this drawing. The cloth folds and shading are very well done and the hair and expression, as well as the way you've drawn his usual attire, are very relatable to the show and the great character himself. I also love the way you've kept one colour throughout it (the colour of the Tardis) as I believe using too many colours would have ruined the overall cartoony effect.
